Dear FCCC Families,

FCCC is developing a new strategic plan to ensure the long-term success of our work with children in our community. We want to hear from you about your experiences with FCCC.

Below is a link to a survey we ask all FCCC families to complete by Friday, May 19th. All responses will be anonymous. Your survey responses will assist us in continuing to provide high-quality childcare to your children.

We expect the survey to take approximately 10-12 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey, we ask if you would be willing to participate in an in-person focus group to discuss your and your child’s FCCC experiences.
