FCCC switched child care programs beginning School Year 2022-2023. Starting this school year you can access account balances and payment history at www.myprocare.com.
For all other enrollment periods (School Year 2022 January-May and/or Summer Camp 2022), Annual Statements are available upon written request. Request forms are available from the button below or you can email a written request to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. Request forms can also be emailed, faxed to 540-347-3518, submitted to your FCCC Site Staff, or brought by the FCCC Main Office. Emailed requests must be submitted from a parent/guardian that is authorized on the child’s account, and their name and email address must match those that are on file, for confidentiality purposes.
